Acceptable Usage Policy

Use of the Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.
Capitalised terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer and
Marketplaces Inc Limited.
Customer agrees not to, and not to allow third parties to use the Services:

to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others (for example, this may include
allowing Customer End Users to infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others
in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act);

to engage in, offer, promote or encourage illegal activity;

to engage in activity that poses excessive risk financially, reputationally or otherwise;

for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, racist, harmful, hateful or fraudulent purpose (for
example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme or mirroring a website);

to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of
a destructive or deceptive nature;

to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers,
authorised resellers, or other authorised users;

to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;

to offer goods or services, or post or upload materials that exploit or abuse children, including but not
limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that present children in a sexual manner.

to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisings or
other solicitations ("spam"); or

to offer goods or services, or post or upload Materials, that imply or promote support or funding of, or
membership in, a terrorist organisation.

to use the Services, or any interfaces provided with the Services, to access any other Marketplaces Inc product
or service in a manner that violates the terms of service of such other Marketplaces Inc product or service.
We may, at any time and without notice, remove any Materials, and suspend or terminate your Account or your
access to the Services if you engage in activities that violate the letter or spirit of this AUP, including
activities outside of your use of the Services.
Marketplaces Inc has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate any Materials and your use of
the Services at any time for compliance with this AUP and the Marketplaces Inc Terms of Service, or any other
agreement between you and Marketplaces Inc governing your use of the Services (collectively, the "Terms"). Our
determination of whether a violation of this AUP has occurred will be final and binding, and any action taken
with respect to enforcing this AUP, including taking no action at all, will be at our sole discretion.
